BMB is technology before everything else - Technology First

The K-SHOW 2019 is the appointment of the year for all the industries of the sector; it is like the Prima in Milan's Escala, or the Bolshoi in Moscow for the professionals. In one week, meetings, handshakes and above all technological innovations that will decide the guidelines for the next 3 years are concentrated.

The K-2019 will be for BMB the launching pad for even faster machines and, at the same time, more attentive to energy saving, characterized by technological innovations at the service of new compostable or 100% regenerated materials. The review of the Hybrid and Full Electric balers will touch on various aspects of the machine:

  1. new, dual MOOG servo-valve for faster and more precise injection;
  2. new evolution of the Heidenhain CNC control, with enlargement of the functions and dimensions of the touch screen display, for a more efficient management of the machine, both at the operating level and in IOT optics;

  4. Increased safety by replacing electromechanical limit switches with digital control units capable of monitoring their operation in Industry 4.0 optics (predisposition of the injector for a distributed electronic configuration).
